Day 1: Kampala → Sipi Falls
Scenic 5hr drive through Mbale’s pineapple plantations
Evening:
Local community welcome ceremony
Sunset view of the lowest falls (65m)
Overnight at Sipi River Lodge (Eco-cabins with fireplace)
Day 2: Waterfall Circuit Hike
Full-Day Trek:
Chebonet Falls (75m) – Swim in natural pools
Simba Cave exploration
Wagagai Falls (85m) – Highest single-drop falls
Evening: Coffee roasting demonstration
Day 3: Mount Elgon Exploration
Morning:
Hike to Kapkwai Cave (Ancient rock paintings)
Visit hot springs
Afternoon:
Coffee farm tour (Planting to roasting)
Optional abseiling at falls
Day 4: Return to Kampala
Sunrise hike to viewpoints
