Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Kibale
Morning pickup from Entebbe/Kampala (or Kigali, Rwanda).
Scenic drive through Fort Portal with views of tea plantations and the Rwenzori Mountains.
Check into your eco-lodge near Kibale Forest.
Evening nature walk around the lodge (optional).
Dinner & overnight with forest sounds.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetlands
Early breakfast, then briefing at Kanyanchu Visitor Center.
3–5 hour chimpanzee trek – Observe chimps up close in their natural habitat.
